UNH Healthy Returns: Do you know your numbers?
Healthy Returns is a program designed to help you make positive changes and create realistic health goals. You will be screened for blood pressure, height and weight (BMI, body mass index), cholesterol, glucose and tobacco use. Based on your results, you and a clinical consultant will set attainable goals that focus on achieving or maintaining good health for each area. Healthy Returns is scheduled for: Wednesday, April 1st & 15th, 2009 (UNH Durham campus) MUB Rooms 330/332 & 334/336, 10AM -2PM and Thursday, May 7th, 2009 (UNH Manchester campus) 286 Commercial Street, Rooms 16 & 7
The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) and the University of New Hampshire (UNH) have long been supporting programs that are designed to enhance a greater awareness regarding your health. The UNH Office of Human Resources is pleased to support and encourage you to participate in the USNH/Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Healthy Returns.
Life seems to move faster and faster at work and at home. Trying to make sure you are doing the right things to keep yourself healthy can be challenging.

Just for participating, you will eligible for two types of reward programs:
Gift Cards
New participants receive:
· $25 Visa gift card for participating
Returning participants receive:
· $10 Visa gift card for participating, or
· $25 Visa gift card for participating and reaching one goal, or
· $50 Visa gift card for participating and reaching two goals.
Raffle Drawing:
At the conclusion of the spring program, there will be a raffle drawing (will include Healthy Returns participants from all campuses) for a total of five Wii Consoles, each of which includes an extra wand.
